Week Tegen Pesten

WAT WAT is a brand new youth platform issued by the Belgian government. Aimed at people between 12-25, WAT WAT aims to have the answers to all questions, wether related to sexuality or school choices. After handling their launch campaign back in October, they trusted me to handle all art direction and design for the official campaign of Belgium's  national 'Week Against Bullying'.

After speaking to the WAT WAT brand ambassadors about their experiences with being bullied, and asking them for a positive note and mindset, I turned these notes into quotes. Based on these quotes, I created visuals that we projected on their faces during the photoshoot. A literal iteration of bullying, and projecting words onto people, with very up close and personal portraits. I also handled styling, and went for looks as neutral as possible to refrain from having any distractions from the message.

The photographs were then put into a template frame made up around the '4 dots against bullying' which resulted in a very successful and honest poster campaign.
